Refund and Returns Policy

1. Custom Orders

All custom orders, including custom made suits, custom tailored suits, groomsmen suits, and bespoke wardrobe consultations, are made to your precise measurements and specifications. For this reason, these items are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns once tailoring has begun or fabric has been ordered.

2. Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-to-wear suits and accessories are also final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order. Our team is happy to answer any questions prior to purchase to ensure your satisfaction.

3. Alterations and Fit Adjustments

Our custom clothier team takes great care to produce a precise fit. If your suit needs a minor adjustment upon delivery, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to recommend suitable local alteration services or discuss options where possible. Alteration costs for ready-to-wear items are the responsibility of the client.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or solution on a case-by-case basis. This does not apply to custom fit preferences or minor measurement variances within standard industry tolerances.

5. Cancellations

For custom orders, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order or booking your appointment. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable and work may begin immediately to secure your fabric and reserve production time.

6. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved for any reason, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
