1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Suit & Thread Custom Clothier website and any purchases, bookings, or services provided through www.suitandthreads.com (the “Site”). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products and Services

Suit & Thread offers custom made suits, custom tailored suits, groomsmen suits, ready-to-wear garments, and bespoke wardrobe consultations. Custom items are made to your measurements and specifications, and cannot be returned or refunded once production begins.

3. Appointments and Bookings

Booking a fitting or consultation secures a reserved time with our team. Some bookings may require a deposit or full prepayment. Please arrive on time for in-person appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened fitting time or rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Deposits and Payments

For custom orders and high-value packages, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Deposits secure your fabric and tailoring schedule. Deposits are non-refundable once fabric has been ordered or tailoring has commenced.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Ready-to-wear items typically ship within 2–5 business days. Custom garments are handcrafted and delivered according to the timeline provided at booking, usually within a few weeks depending on fabric availability and fitting schedules. Shipping costs may vary by location and service level.

6. Refunds and Returns

All custom orders, including custom made suits, custom tailored suits, groomsmen suits, and bespoke wardrobe consultations, are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns once tailoring has begun or fabric has been ordered. Ready-to-wear suits and accessories are also final sale. Please review product details and sizing carefully before purchasing. Our team is happy to answer questions before you place an order.

If your custom garment requires a minor adjustment upon delivery, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to recommend suitable local alteration services or discuss options where possible. Alteration costs for ready-to-wear items are the responsibility of the client.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or solution on a case-by-case basis. This does not apply to fit preferences or measurement variances within standard tailoring tolerances.

For custom orders, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order or booking your appointment. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable and work may begin immediately to secure your fabric and production schedule.

7. Accuracy of Measurements

We rely on accurate measurements to produce your custom suit. Please follow our instructions carefully or allow our tailors to take measurements during your fitting. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate self-submitted measurements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Suit & Thread Custom Clothier and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
